Perfect! My Mom used the same ingredients used in this recipe, but she is no longer here to tell me how much of each. I tried this and it tasted just like hers! I will continue to use this recipe and make very good use of my big pot of basil growing in the yard! My favorite summer meal. - 7/17/10

WOW, I love pesto and was looking for home made and not store bought. I never realised that there was so many danged cals and so few carbs! YAY! Basil and Pine Nuts added to shopping list. Thanks so much. I thought it was soooo much harder than this to make. - 5/22/09

Delicious. I served it over couscous to mix it up a bit and go for an Italian/North African fusion thing. I will make this again when I am looking for a richly flavored sauce. - 3/11/09

    Very Good
If you freeze this put it into ice trays which are the perfect serving size. Then you can pop them out put into a baggy and pull them out as you need. To lower your sodium use Nu-salt. - 8/2/10
