If you freeze this put it into ice trays which are the perfect serving size. Then you can pop them out put into a baggy and pull them out as you need. To lower your sodium use Nu-salt.
WOW, I love pesto and was looking for home made and not store bought. I never realised that there was so many danged cals and so few carbs! YAY! Basil and Pine Nuts added to shopping list. Thanks so much. I thought it was soooo much harder than this to make.
