Introduction

I made this guacamole to impress my future Latino/Italian in-laws. (It worked!) It's so easy to make, yet the tastes are complex and packs a fresh punch - whether or not you make it for a football party or for a party, this will disappear in minutes! Guacamole from stores and restaurants haven't tasted the same since! I made this guacamole to impress my future Latino/Italian in-laws. (It worked!) You can just leave the pit in to keep it from browning. Also a bit of cumin adds a bit of punch. - 9/11/12

Didn't have the cilantro and found it tasted a little odd. I don't think I liked it. - 4/14/10

    Incredible!
I adore cilantro so I always use a ton. I also used my blender wand to blend the avocado, cilantro, garlic and onion and then left the rest chunky. It was really tasty! Great recipe! - 9/17/09

    Very Good
I didn't have any cilantro but this was still good. DH liked it as is, but I would leave out the onion next time as I hate raw onion. DH also took some of this, some salsa, and velveeta and made a yummy warm chip dip. - 11/21/08
