Oh I love Jicama and I always forget about it. Usually I just squeeze fresh lime juice on it and sprinkle it with chile powder.
This recipe is so fresh tasting. Thank you.

I love Jicama, but I'd rather just toss it with lime and sprinkle with chili powder. This one just didn't hit the spot. Was good, but not worth the extra work to me. - 12/20/10

Jicama is also known as yam or yam bean. I'd like to try the recipe although I'll definitely be leaving the yucky cilantro off it! - 10/11/10

    Very Good
I love jicama but also tend to forget about it often. For those of you who don't know what it is--it's pronounced "hick-ah-mah". I think it's a Mexican or Central American veggie. Somewhat like cucumber, but a different taste. I use it like cucumber--veggie sticks, in or as a salad even in a soup. - 8/24/10
