Made this one up to feed me and the boys on Mom's night out. Too spicy for her. Great on Jasmine rice.
A flavorful, low fat curry sauce excellent with brown rice. Can be used alone as a main dish, or with chicken or fish.

This happened when I wanted to use spinach but didn't have any -- spicy and delicious! Serve over couscous or rice.
Basically a curry-type dish without the curry flavor/spices.
A fresh tasting curry which won't disappoint even the most avid carnivores on a vegetarian day. Ideal as an evening meal or frozen and used as lunches. I serve it with a nice carrot salad with raisin vinaigrette. Equally it would go well with basmati rice or a naan bread.
