Introduction

This is a wonderful, refreshing, and powerful morning drink. I only got five hours of sleep last night and when I woke up this morning and made this, I had a burst of energy that has lasted throughout the day! Ingredients

    5 raw baby carrots
    1 cup fresh baby spinach
    1 tsp molasses
    1 cup of flax seeds
    1 slice raw beet (for color)
    2 tsp ginger root
    2 banana's

Directions

Blend! (add stevia powder or other natural sweetener to taste)

    i'm sure agave would work. i don't know if molasses is considered raw.... it isn't something that i've seen in any raw recipes i've look at (but i haven't looked it up either!) - 1/3/09
