I loved the tip to use dates bcus splenda and sucrose allergies. I dragged the blender out & will never put it back. Fills me up when I get that "sweet craving" plus fiber. Pears with Yoplait peach yogurt & handful of Quaker oatmeal. Delicious! - 2/3/10

Instead of using the big, full size blender, I purchased a Magic Bullet. I use it everyday to make a single serving smoothie and keep portion sizes in control. Perfect to take with "on the road" too! - 5/19/10

I didn't add the milk and also needed to find a way to get almonds into my diet, but can't eat them whole due to to dental issues at this time. so I bought slivered almonds and threw in a handful of those to blend with the other ingredients. I thought it was awesome! - 4/14/10

Great Taste! The whole family had some. It made more than what I call 3 servings and required a little more orange juice than called for in the recipe. It needed at least another 1/2 cup of liquid. I used OJ. I put a little splenda in too. In my favorites list for sure! - 12/27/09
