Ingredients

    1 lb beef cubes
    1 chopped onion
    4 cups broccoli
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tbsp light soya sauce
    1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
    pepper to taste

Directions

heat skillet at medium-high heat. Add olive oil, beef cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add soya sauce, beef broth, pepper. Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until sufficiently cooked.

    tasty but beef came out tough and had to add 1 tbs cornstarch to liquid in the pan then had to add back meat and veggies to incorporate. - 5/21/10

    I used frozen stir fry vegetables, quick and easy. I also added ground Ginger and fresh chopped Garlic. Very Tasty. - 4/6/07
