Ingredients

    Dannon All Natural Plain Yogurt -1 cup
    Banana -1 medium
    Strawberries -1/2 cup
    Honey -1 Tablespoon
    Skim Milk -1/2 cup

Directions

Place ingredients in a blender- blend until smooth. Pour in to a glass and enjoy! I also freeze these in to "smoothcicles" to eat as a snack.

I sometimes substitute blueberries for the strawberries to add new flavor.

    Yum! I omitted the honey (banana is sweet enough) and used orange juice (as one version I saw showed) instead of milk. I found it a bit thick so added extra juice (& once some milk or water), it made two servings for me. - 7/5/11

    This is VERY yummy but I used Sillouette Zero+ (only a 1/2 cup) and I added blueberries and raspberries too!!! Also, to stretch it and make it refreshing I added about a glass full of ice (as big of glass as I'd drink it out of) and blended that in aswell. NUMM!!!!! - 3/7/10
