Introduction
I started making this when my son was still at home because he would not eat regular meatloaf. I started making this when my son was still at home because he would not eat regular meatloaf.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1lb. of ground turkey breast
1lb. of lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup of reduced fat shredded colby jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. You will need 2 loaf pans I use the kind that are 2 pieces so that any fat draines into the bottom
Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a big bowl until they are well combined. Divide mixture evenly into the 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkly each loaf with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut each loaf into 6 equal pieces.
