I make this often, with either fresh or frozen berries, but instead of yogurt, I use and have fallen in love with low-cal Kefir. It has more protein and less calories, and is milder than yogurt. Love it. - 3/18/13

I LOVE this recipe! I don't add nuts though. Just greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries! I have also found that I enjoy eating it as a snack also if I am too full to eat the whole portion in one sitting. - 6/20/11

Thanks, this is about half the carbs I would normally have for breakfast and I don't have to worry about eggs! Letting it sit overnight is great for the flavor :) - 2/20/11
