Tried this out for Christmas Dinner, just for something different, and we all absolutely LOVED it! Super easy to make, very few ingredients needed, minimal care required, yet the end result was outstanding! My dinner guests each left with a copy of the recipe. - 12/28/14

Put onions on bottom of crockpot, added water to about 1/8 inch, placed beef on top. Cooked on high one hour, then low four hours. Shredded and returned to pot for one more hour on low. No sticking, was cooked nicely. - 9/23/07

    Incredible!
Verry good, only thing I would recomend is lining the crockpot with an oven bag before cooking this. It is really hard to get out of the crockpot, was almost glue like. Tasted amazing though thanks for the recipe! - 9/16/07
