Ingredients

1 medium head red cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium apples, peeled and cored, sliced thinly
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 equal packets
4 peppercorns or 1/4 tsp ground
4 whole cloves or 1/4 tsp ground
Directions
Mix all ingrediants in large pot, and cook at medium-low heat until cabbage is tender.
Refrigerates well. Can be eaten hot or cold.

1 apple, pear infused vinegar, ground black pepper, minced onions, & butter
