Ingredients

    One Mango - pit & skin removed
    1/2 cup of plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbl honey
    1/2 cup of water or 1 cup of ice

Directions

Combine cut up mango, yogurt, honey and water (or ice) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings

    Very good. I used 1T maple syrup as I had no honey. I also added some coconut extract to give a touch more tropical flavor. - 1/16/08

    Good recipe:)
    I like to use *unsweetened* mango pulp. I just feel like pureeing my mangoes is wasting them, esp since they're so expensive!
    I also like to add a splash of orange or lemon juice, because it brightens up the flavor.
    Otherwise, I use the exact same recipe as you :)
