I threw in some dried tomatoes, some cucumber, and dill. It was great in a pita pocket with lettuce, snap peas, and strawberries from the garden. Thanks! - 5/21/11

Hey, I used this recipe...liked it in taste, simplicity and nutrional value. When I wanted to make it a couple days later, didn't have any yogurt, so substitued buttermilk.
    Tasted just as good.

I love this recipe. I did tweak it slightly based on what I had on hand. I used Siggi's plain yogurt, freeze dried chives, and powdered garlic. I also used jarred roasted peppers in water.

Thanks so much for this recipe you saved my salad!

    O.K.
A bit too tangy for my taste- I would also use a bit less garlic. - 8/9/11

I added some salt and pepper (just a smidge of each) and dill, as another suggested. It is pretty good. I'll post again tomorrow after it sits in the fridge overnight and blends. I'll rate then. THANKS for a low-cal, healthy dressing recipe! Sorry, I didn't like it. Maybe I'll try some subs. - 6/13/11
