Love white chili! Very easy recipe. I cube chicken and brown just a little before adding stock and beans. - 1/13/10

    Incredible!
This was good! I didn't have any corn, but it was delicious even without it. I also omitted the cheese, but added a big spoonful of sour cream which gave it an extra zip. Will definitely make again. - 4/18/14

    Incredible!
At the beginning of the week, my husband always grills a bunch of chicken. Then within the next couple of days, we use the leftovers diced up in this recipe. YUMMY! I omit the jalepenos. If it sits as leftovers in the refrigerator, it gets too spicy for me. I use only 1/2 tsp of red pepper too. - 5/15/11

OK, so I'm making this recipe for the first time. I didn't have jalapenos, so I added 2 green chilis. I also added black beans instead, cilantro, chopped tomatoes, and a packet of Goya Sazon. Looked and smelled good, but I suppose it isn't "white" chili anymore... Can't wait to taste it. - 1/18/11

I have made this for a long time, I never put the jalepeno in (I don't like them) but it tastes AWESOME! It also tastes great with cornbread. - 7/29/09
