Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
4 4-oz salmon fillets
1 lb fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the salmon fillets in the center of the pan and arrange the asparagus around the salmon. Sprinkle with the walnuts and drizzle with the honey-mustard sauce.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It had a nice, sweet flavor. I did not add the asparagus, as nobody in my family likes it. I will make this recipe again. However, it won't be often, as my DH didn't care for it as much as I did. I also think I'll only bake it for 18 min next time, my salmon came out ju - 10/18/17
