I loved this recipe, I added 2 cans of soup, stirred all ingredients together( the whole package of seasoning), put in a baking dish, placed brown pork chops on top.. baked at 275 for the afternoon... The chops fell apart and my 15 year old daughter (who is picky) and my husband LOVED it! - 3/11/10

My husband brought home two packages of very thin cut boneless porkchops and asked me to fix them so they would not be dry. I used this recipe and was extremely delighted! The pork was moist and the combination of ranch dressing and cream of mushroom soup gave it a delicious taste. Thank you! - 10/16/09

This was a very good, easy recipe. I mixed the soup, milk, ranch, and seasoning in a casserole dish and then added the porkchops, turning to coat. I put a lid on it and baked it in the oven. The porkchops came out with great flavor and very tender. - 8/23/07

Although this was tasty, I couldn't tell I had put the Hidden Valley Seasonings in there. I think I'll use the whole pack next time. I also lightened it by using light olive oil. - 3/28/10

This was very good. I usually don't like recipes with cream of..soup but the ranch dressing really adds a nice touch. I also added some baby bella mushrooms to the sauce and let it all cook for 20 minutes while the rice cooked. It turned out great! I will make it again. - 9/23/09

I made a few alterations: made a quick white sauce to reduce sodium, substituted brown rice for white and cooked rice in the pan with the chops by adding extra water and allowing the rice to absorb the extra liquid. Chops were tender and rice was like risotto. Add a green veg and you're good. - 9/3/12

This was very good. Next time I'll cook the chops about 5 min longer to make them a bit more tender. The ones that sat in the sauce while we ate for the second round we much more tender than the first batch. - 3/10/08

This is a fabulous recipe. I made it tonight and it was a huge hit. The only thing I would do different is wipe the oil out of the pan before adding my soup. (I could see the oil floating on the top) I will definately make this again and agian. Thank you! - 6/30/07

Changing my review to 5 stars after making this several times. I followed everything as written. Only adding 1 small can of mushrooms to the soup, salt and pepper to the chops, and the whole ranch packet to the soup. I just end up putting the soup on rice anyhow. - 9/14/18

I don't know what you guys tasted after combining the cream of mushroom with the ranch and milk I tasted it...it was so gross. Even my 14 yr old son nicknamed "mikey" said it wasn't good. Thankfully we tried it before ruining the chops and I made a variation using just cream of chicken no ranch. - 1/4/14

No need to season the pork before it hits the pan. I learned the hard way. Fresh mushrooms added more depth to the dish. And I used the entire package of ranch mix into the soup. This recipe made a lot of sauce, so I topped the rice with it as well. - 5/15/12

Made this dish last night. I did not have a pack of regular ranch mix so I used a spicy ranch packet. YUMMY! It had a little bit of a kick! I did not put any ranch in the rice, instead used all of it in the pork and then poured some of the "gravy" over the rice when serving. Very Tasty! - 2/9/11

By my calculations...it would be 1/2 cup rice per serving (but I had to look at nutritional breakdown to determine the rice serving) Is that 1/2 cup rice before cooking...or after? The recipie doesn't say how much rice to cook.... - 2/2/11

Very tasty!!! I was needing a new recipe for chops and this was great. Loved it. I did add a little more milk to it, I was scared the sauce wouldn't cover the chops.
