Ingredients

Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
*Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, .66 tbsp
Nonfat Dry Milk, Great Value, 15 grams (aprpox. 3 rounded teaspoons)
*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tbsp or 2 tsp - your preference
*Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup, 1 or 2 tbsp (or any other sugar free pancake syrup)
    * 1 tb of your favorite sugar free syrup (I like davinci rasberry or hazelnut, on the coffee aisle at walmart. You might also use torani syrups, or just a tbsp of prepared coffee. Or skip and just use more pancake syrup, but that has calories and these don't.)
    Dash of cinnamon.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with peanut butter. Microwave 20 sec. Add SF pancake syrup and SF flavored syrup. Stir and microwave 20 sec. Done!

You can add the cinnamon at any stage (it smells best if you add it after the first heating, when you're adding the liquids.

And top with light coolwhip, or microwaved fresh fruit, if desired (I like to microwave 1/2 cup strawberries and add it onto the finished brownie, then top with coolwhip!).

I love this recipe! I make it with almond butter instead of the peanut butter and I top it with some fresh strawberries and cool whip (and sometimes one sugar free fudgesicle if I'm really feeling like a splurge)! - 9/3/07

This was incredible! I didn't have dry milk or coffee syrups, so I used irish cream coffeemate instead. Worked wonderfully! - 7/6/07

A single-serve, hot delicious brownie, in under 2 minutes! I love that most of the calories are from healthy ingredients - PB and dry milk. Less than 40 calories from "treat" ingredients - the cocoa and SF syrup. - 6/5/07
