    * 4 Chicken breast, cooked and cut up or shredded
    * 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas
    * 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    * 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    * 1 cup milk
    * 1/2 cup Salsa


1. Combine soup, milk and salsa.
2. Line baking dish with 1/3 of the tortillas torn in small pieces.
3. Layer on top 1/2 of the chicken breast
4. Pour 1/3 of the soup mixture over the chicken.
5. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the cheese
6. Repeat another layer, then top with the rest of the torn up
tortillas, soup mixture and sprinkle with a little cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 min or until hot throughout.

    This is so yummy! I did substitute the salsa and milk with Rotel. I also used corn tortillas instead of flour. The result was just as yummy. - 8/1/11
