    2 C quaker oat bran hot cereal, uncooked
    1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 C skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 C honey
    2 TB canola oil


Heat oven to 425. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray bottoms only with no-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add combined milk, eggs, honey, and oil; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups with 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
