Introduction

My take on spicey peanut shrimp. It's a bit high on sodium but you can decrease the soy sauce. My take on spicey peanut shrimp. It's a bit high on sodium but you can decrease the soy sauce.

Ingredients

    Large shrimp
    chopped red bell pepper
    cooked broccoli
    cook pasta
    chopped onion
    hot pepper sauce (your choice)
    low sodium soy sauce
    chunky peanut butter
    water
    oil

Directions

Cook 1 ounce pasta ( I prefer linguine).
Cook broccoli. I microwave frozen chopped brocoli for 3 minutes while pasta is cooking.
Saute onion and red bell pepper in pan sprayed with cooking oil until softened. Add a little water to keep from burning if needed. Add peanut butter, soy sauce hot pepper and a little more water to make a thick sauce.
Add cooked shrimp to heat. Add broccoli and drained pasta, blend all ingredients.

Add small amount of sesame oil for more "Asian" flavor.
