Ingredients

    2 small cans of flavoured tuna (preferrably the same, ie tomato and onion)
    1/2 cup of light grated cheese
    1/2/cup of Self Raising flour
    3 large eggs
    1 tbsp pf dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Pour into a well greased quiche dish.
Bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
When cooked cut into 6 pieces and enjoy with a tossed salad.
