Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups rolled oats
    .25 cup olive oil
    .25 cup maple syrup
    .75 cup honey
    1 cup sunflower seeds (not salted)
    1 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup flax seed

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until well coated. Spread onto baking sheet(s) and bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring the granola every 15 minutes. The granola should be fragrant and slightly browned. It will get crunchy as it cools.

This yields 28 servings (1/4 cup each).
