Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless pork chops thin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1tsp. ginger
    1/4 cup of honey
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp.unsalted butter

Directions

Makes 8 2oz. servings
Mix Honey, olive oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon in a small bowl. Put butter in frying pan. Add pork chops and poor honey mixture over top. Fry till pork is done about 4 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite sides.

    I don't see how you can get 8 servings out of 1 lb of pork chops, unless you
    re cutting it up and making stir fry, or feeding VERY tiny appetites!
