Introduction

This is a healthy mix on my moms and grandmas authentic Tacos. This is a healthy mix on my moms and grandmas authentic Tacos.

Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground turkey mean
    1 large yellow or white onion-chopped
    3 tbsp of Cilantro chopped
    8 mission whole wheat tortillas (or homemade if you have them)
    garlic salt/powder, onion powder, chili, cumin to taste, I prefer lots of the chili and cumin

Directions

brown turkey meat in pan add seasonings to taste at begining and end of cooking.
When turkey is halfway cooked add cilantro chopped to taste and onions to taste. Use left over cilantro and onions to garnish tacos.

Add approx. 2oz to 1 tortilla and add garnishments you like, cheese, lettuce, SALSA, sour cream, avocado are a few suggestions. Be mindful to not add to many calories on top of tacos.
