This is a family favourite that is easy and quick to prepare for those days when you have to throw together a quick and nutritious dinner This is a family favourite that is easy and quick to prepare for those days when you have to throw together a quick and nutritious dinner
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Elbow macaroni
    Frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can Tuna
    1 can Cream of Celery or any kind of creamy soup
    1/4 cup fat free or lite Miracle Whip or Sour Cream
    Water
    1 cup shredded Tex Mex or other shredded cheese
    spice to your tastes


Directions

cook macaroni per pkg instructions, when the macaroni is close to being finished add frozen vegetables to the water. Strain macaroni and vegetables. In the same pot add can of soup, miracle whip, tuna and mix. Add macaroni and vegetables back to the pot and add water to desired consistency. Add spices to taste and add shredded cheese. The cheese will melt into the tuna casserole.
