Introduction

Use your leftover chicken breast from dinner to make this delicious chicken salad! Use your leftover chicken breast from dinner to make this delicious chicken salad!

Ingredients

    3x 8oz chicken breasts, cooked
    12 Tbsp Hellman's Mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    1 Med onion, diced (approx 1.5 cups)
    1.5 cups Celery, chopped
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Paprika

Directions

Chop up the chicken, onions and celery. Place Chopped ingredients in mixing bowl. Add mayo, sugar and black pepper. Mix well. Move into another bowl for serving if desired. Garnish with paprika. Allow a few hours before serving for best flavor. makes 7 cups or 14 servings.
