Introduction

Chili is not a favourite of mine but I do like this recipe. The sodium is listed higher then it actually is because I use canned black beans but I drain and rinse them, I don't use any of the liquid. Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground chicken
    1 pk chili seasoning
    1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (12oz) can corn, undrained
    1 (19oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

Cook ground chicken in frypan on stovetop until cooked through.
Add cooked chicken to a large slowcooker. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serves 10.
