    1 pkg Italian Good seasons made up with half of the liquid ingredients
    12 oz. shell macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
    4 green onions, thinkly sliced
    1 c. chopped green pepper or to taste
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. cubed cooked ham
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    4-1/2 oz. can sliced black olives
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    2 t. prepared mustard
    1/2 t. salt if you salt noodles while cooking
    1/4 t. Tabasco sauce or to taste (optional)


Marinate cooked macaroni in Italian dress at least 2 hours or overnight. (Because noodles will continue to soak up liquid, do not overcook the noodles!) Add onions, green pepper, celery, ham and cheese. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with macaroni mixutre. Serve on lettuce or spinach with tomato wedges or use to stuff tomates. Serves 12 easily!
