I hate greens of any kind. I had to use pineapple juice instead of the water to help cover the flavor of the greens. I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder. This was a great way to get the greens into my diet. Bravo! - 5/17/10

So refreshing and so different. I never would have thought to mix in collards. It is a good way to get the kiddies and an unexpecting DH to drink such a nutrient dense vegetable. It is amazing what the pineapple does to the taste of the collards. Got any more recipes like this? - 5/8/10
