Ingredients

    1 lb. Pork Medallions (or any other meat of your choice)
    1 envelope of onion soup mix
    1 can of Campbell's Golden mushroom soup

Directions

place madellions in the crockpot, mix soups together and pour over meat. Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 8 hours.

We sometimes serve this alone or over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
