    Incredible!
Very quick, very good! I used olive oil, and since I didn't have hot sauce, some cajun seasoning. - 3/14/15

    Incredible!
Really delicious! My housemate got a whole catfish (sans head) rather than the filets or chunks I had requested. It takes much longer to bake, but the little filet I carved off for myself was great. - 3/3/13

    Very Good
I love this recipe--When I make it, I skip the oil and add the herbs/spices & hot sauce to a beaten egg instead--Then dip my catfish in that mixture and crust with cornflake crumbs--Delicious, low fat and a good source of protein--I limit my portion to 3-4 ounces, though-- - 1/22/12
