    3lbs Country Style Pork Ribs (bone in)
    4 Tbsp McCormick's Mesquite Pork Grill Seasoning (or use your own rub)
    1/2 - 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1-2 tsp liquid smoke


Rub the ribs with the grill seasoning. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a slow cooker/crock pot. Put the ribs in the slow cooker and cook on low for about 7-8 hours. I take the bones and discard the fatty portions before I serve the pork.
