2 small potatoes
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
nonstick spray coating
3/4 chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp curry powder
Directions
cooked sliced potatoes in boiling water about 5 min or till tender. drain, set aside.
meanwhile for sauce, stir together beef broth, cornstarch, and salt.
spray a wok or large skillet with nonstick spray coating. Heat ober medium-high heat. Add onion and stir-fry 2 min. add green pepper and stirgry about 2 min more or till veggies are crist tender. remove from wo
add oil to hot wok. add hamburger and curry powder. stir fry till hamburger is don push hamburger from center of wok.
stir sauce and add tocenter of wok. cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in onion mixture and potatoes. Cook and stir all ingredients for 1 min or till heated through. Makes 4 servings.
