A great snack when you're on the go. I recently tossed this together last minute before a hike and it turned out to be quite tasty! A great snack when you're on the go. I recently tossed this together last minute before a hike and it turned out to be quite tasty!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup each of the following:
    Peanuts (I used unsalted roasted)
    Pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
    Raw Cashews
    Dried Cranberries
    Dried Goji Berries
    Raw Pecans
    Vegan Chocolate Chips (I used Whole Foods brand)

Directions

Makes 7 servings (1/4 cup or 34 grams each)

Add 1/4 cup of each ingredient to an airtight container. Seal and shake to mix. Enjoy!
