Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Diced Onion
    1 Cup Diced Carrot
    1 Cup Diced Celery
    2 cloves Minced Garlic
    1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 28 oz Can Tomato Sauce
    1 15 0z can Low Sodium Kidney Beans w/ liquid
    1 15 oz can White Beans w/ liquied
    12 oz Low sodium V-8
    1 Tbs White Vinegar
    2 Tbs Dried Basil
    2 Tbs Dried Oregano
    1 Tbs Dried Thyme
    1/4 tsp Tabasco or red pepper flakes
    2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
    1 1/2 Cup Small Shell Pasta

Directions

Brown Turkey and add carrots, onion and celery and saute until soft. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 30-60 minutes. Make sure pasta is soft. If too thic add water or more V-8
