Introduction

I created this one day just because I wanted something different. I like all these flavors seperate so why not combine them. I created this one day just because I wanted something different. I like all these flavors seperate so why not combine them.

Ingredients

    5oz can Kroger Premium Chicken Breat in Water, drained
    15 oz can Ranch Style Black Beans, rinsed
    1 cup frozen yellow sweet corn
    1 cup Pico De Gallo (Authentic Mexican Salsa) from Spark Recipes
    4 T Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
    2 cup cooked Rice Select Texmati Brown Rice

Directions

Prepare Pico De Gallo (Authentic Mexican Salsa) from sparkrecipe.com and chill. Note, I omitted salt when I made my Pico De Gallo.

Shred the chicken and toss with remaining ingredients. You can serve this cold or warm.

You can serve over lettuce, stuffed in a poblano pepper, stuffed in a tomato...or just by itself. Use your imagination.

Serving Size is approximately 1/2 cup per serving.
