Beat 2 pks neufchatel cheese until soft with 4 eggs
add lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, splenda
When soft and mixed, blend in cream.

Ingredients

    2 pks 8oz neufchatel cheese
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 capful vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    2 Tbs lemon juice
    1 c splenda

Directions

Makes 8 servings.
Pour into four pyrex (2 cup containers) or 8 1/2 cup pyrex.
Microwave on med setting 5 min, stir, continue to microwave another 5 min. Set out to cool then refridgerate 1 hour.

Serve with fresh fruit of choice.
