Ingredients

    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 red pepper, chopped
    1/4 yellow pepper, chopped
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 small cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    3 green onions, chopped
    20 ounces V8
    2 Tablespoons Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Serve
