Ingredients

    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .125 cup
    1 tbsp FF cottage cheese
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 pinch
    Baking soda, 1 pinch

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender - magic bullet woks great for this. Pour into pan coated with cooking spray. Flip.
