Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp
Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 24 tsp
Nestle Mini Morsels, 28 gram(s)
Target Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/3 cup
Softasilk Cake Flour, 203 gram(s)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Warm water, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
1. Mix flour, splenda, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl making sure to mix them well.
2. Mix apple sauce, water, vinegar and vanilla in a large bowl.
3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, but only until they are combined. (Do not overmix, there should still be lumps)
4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Divide the batter evenly into 6 jumbo muffins tins.
6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and take care to not overbake as these will dry out quickly. I take mine out when the tops are still just slightly wet looking in the middle.
