Ingredients

    12 cups of romaine lettuce
    1 can black beans drained
    1 can Mexican corn drained
    6 oz. slice black olives
    8 plum tomatoes chopped
    1 red onion chopped
    1 package of Kraft 4 Cheese Blend 2% Milk Fat
    Dressing
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1 TBSP splenda
    salt & pepper 1/2 tsp each
    cilantro chopped 1/3-1/2 cup
    1/3-1/2 cup extra light virgin olive oil

Directions

Layer first 7 ingredients in a large salad bowl
Mix first 5 dressing ingredients & blend in olive oil to thicken dressing.
