Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 cup Splenda
    1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
    2 packages (8 oz each) of fat free cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened

    Heat oven to 350F.
    Place milk, vanilla, eggs, splenda, and bisquick in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend for another 2 minutes. Pour into a pie plate.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
