Great one dish meal- my kids had seconds! Great one dish meal- my kids had seconds!
Number of Servings: 10


    1.5 pounds lean ground turkey
    .50 cup chopped onion
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato soup
    .5 teaspoon cumin
    one 30 ounce can Hominy, drained
    1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese


In a nice deep skillet, brown the turkey with the onion and celery.
Add the diced tomatos, soup and cumin.
Stir in the hominy. Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and allow to melt. Serve and enjoy!
