Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Instant Minced Onion (dried)
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Curry Powder
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    1 Tbsp Crushed Dried Red Pepper
    1 Tbsp Instant Minced Garlic (dried)
    3 Tbsp Chili Powder
    2 tsp Oregano

Directions

Mix all spices and store in airtight container. Makes 1 cup of mix which is equivalent to 8 store bought packets.

Brown 1lb of ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add 2 Tbsp of mix and 3/4 cup of water, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

**We leave out the curry powder simply because I've never needed it for anything else, so I never bought it.**
