Ingredients

12 ozs of Bow Tie pasta
1 Tbsp of EVOO
1/2 Red Onion, thin sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper diced
1, 4 oz can of Shittake, portabello mushrooms
15, Manzanella Green Olives
Season(salt & Pepper) to taste
Dressing:
12 Tbsp of Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
4 Tbsp of Hellmann's mayo with Olive Oil
1 tsp of Surgar
Directions
Boil a pot of water and put in the Evoo and pasta. let the pasta cook till ready, drain set aside and let it cool.
In your large salad bowl, mix in the onions, olives, mushrooms, peppers and seasoning. Once the pasta has cooled dump the pasta in the bowl as well. Mix the dressing and wisk until it's consistanly smooth and deliscious. pour dressing into the salad mixture and stir carefully. This will make 10 servings. Enjoy!
