This is an awesome recipe from the book How It All Vegan. My non vegetarian family love these! Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 banana, mashed
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions

Mash banana with 1/4 soymilk. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, adding the cup of soy milk last. Then add the mashed banana and soy milk to the rest of the ingredients. You want a just mixed consistency. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
