Introduction

Turn ordinary fruit into a delicious 100 calorie Dessert! Turn ordinary fruit into a delicious 100 calorie Dessert!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Nectarine
    1 Peach
    1 Banana
1/2 cup seedless Grapes - cut in half

6 oz. containr Yoplait Light - Peach Yogurt
1/4 cup Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

1. Cut nectarine & peach into bite size pieces, slice banana and grapes. Mix in bowl.

2. In separate bowl mix yogurt & sour cream. (You can add a little splenda or brown sugar if desired, but the yogurt was sweet enough for me.)

3. Spoon fruit into custard cups or dessert bowls and top with 1/4 of the yogurt/sour cream mixture. You can make layers in fancy glasses for a more festive presentation.

*** You can substitute fresh berries or whatever fruit you have on hand and whatever yogurt you like for a tasty flavor combination. These changes may alter nutritional content slightly. ***

    Incredible!
I made the dressing, but used different combination of fruit I had on hand (strawberries, blueberries, banana & peach). But the combination of peach yogurt & FF sour cream is really quite tasty! I know I will make this again. - 8/6/07
