3 tbsp poultry seasoning FOR RUBBING THE CHICKEN
    2 tbsp Paprika
    2 tbsp Rosemary

    1 can(12 fl. oz.) Beer
    1 whole Chicken

Melt butter till just melted don't over heat.
Take beer and pour half into a large measuring cup( keep)
Use a funnel and put spices & butter into beer can (using 1 tbsp poultry seasoning use the other 3 to coat the whole outside of the chicken.)
Sit the Chicken on the beer can so it looks like it is standing up (you can use a foil pie plate under the whole thing for stability)
Use left over beer to baste the chicken while cooking.
Cook on a 325 C oven for 35-45 min or BBQ 35 min (approx depending on size)
When done use 2 forks on either side of the chicken to pull off from the can.( You might need 2 people)
Carve, drizzel with can juices if desired and ENJOY!!
If you have alot of people use two chickens. Don't use light beer a regular beer works better.
